Help enables people to donate essential items to verified communities in Lucknow and receive delivery updates and proof.

Information we collect

We collect account details such as name and email, donation and order information, payment status, app activity, and media submitted as delivery proof. Payments are processed by Razorpay; Help does not store complete card or UPI credentials.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, process donations, coordinate next-day delivery, provide delivery proof, prevent misuse, support users, and improve app reliability and performance.

Sharing and retention

Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate Help, including payment, authentication, hosting, storage, notifications, and analytics providers. We retain information only while needed for these purposes and applicable legal obligations.
